Namexpo has taken every care in preparing the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the prices quoted are correct at the time of going to press and that all products are fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices quoted on this website. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Sizes quoted are approximate only. We have made every effort to ensure that the colours of our products that appear on the website are accurate. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor/screen and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Namexpo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Availability
All goods are subject to availability and are out of stock. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you ordered are not available.
Order errors
You are able to correct errors regarding your order up until the point where you click on 'order', the final page of our ordering process.
After receipt of payment the carpet will be prepared, the order can no longer be changed at this time.
Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order
If you have entered your e-mail address, we will keep you informed by e-mail. We will confirm receipt of your order as soon as possible. Our acceptance of your order will take place after the ordered product(s) have been sent.
Delays
Occasionally, the production of your carpet may be delayed. This can be for a variety of reasons, such as import delays or higher than expected demand. We will of course do everything in our power to keep you informed of this.
Right of withdrawal
In the context of online sales, you retain the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the respective amount. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur.

Complaints
Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described within 1 month after the consumer has discovered the defects. Complaints submitted will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, we will respond within 14 days with a confirmation of receipt and an indication of when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer. If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the dispute can be reported via the European ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/odr)
